The wellbeing of our guests, visitors and our team is our main priority, so you can feel safe from check-in to check-out, and everywhere in between.  We have created a Feel Safe @Almaranto plan and implemented a series of additional measures, approved by our safety consultant, aimed at reducing the risks of infection. This is to ensure that you can enjoy all of Almaranto without any worries.

Our Guest Guide is accessed online and can be downloaded as a shortcut on your phone (like an App but taking no storage space) putting all the information you need about the hotel services in your hand, completely paperless


Cash-Free Payment

Throughout Almaranto we offer cash free payment options


Stress-Free Check-Out

We’ve removed the need to ‘check-out’ by using contactless processes and when it’s time to depart, you just leave your key card in your room with no need to come and see us

and during this challenging time we’ve enhanced our processes still further.

All our public areas are being cleaned even more thoroughly than our

usual standard and we are cleaning surfaces more frequently


Your room

For our guest rooms we have enhanced our daily cleaning procedure in line with

local health department guidelines and we thoroughly clean all surfaces

with disinfectants so you can enjoy a safe stay


Hand Sanitizers

You will find hand-sanitizing stations throughout the hotel, in all public spaces
and in both restaurants and event facilities


Eco -Friendly

We clean all Almaranto with approved cleaning agents from EcoLab. Not only are they scientifically approved they are also eco-friendly

Personal Hygiene & Social Distancing


Wear a Mask

All guests and our staff are required to wear a face mask when entering the hotel and moving inside all public areas including our restaurants, around the swimming pool, and our event spaces

Our Team

Our team is trained in hygiene protocols that prevent the spread of infectious diseases and to help you feel safe and every team member is required to stay home if feeling unwell

Whilst our team will be wearing face masks while in close contact with you, we assure you they nevertheless welcome you with their brightest smile, just undercover :o)

Person Limitations

We are required by law to limit the number of persons in certain areas like in the elevator and at the restaurant tables.  Our staff is trained in the applicable numbers and is happy to assist you in any way. Our staircases take you anywhere as well and lets you burn some calories too!


Our Fitness Room is open with a limit of maximum 2 persons at the same time


Feeling unwell?

Please do not enter the hotel when your body temperature is above 37,5°. We provide a temperature control station in the lobby and in our staff area too. We will help direct you to a doctor to get tested if necessary


Book with Confidence


During this period, we do understand that travelling can cause added anxiety. To help you in a small way, we offer a fully flexible booking policy for our standard rates, meaning you can book with the confidence to know that if you do need to change your plans, you can amend or cancel your booking without charge up to seven days before your planned arrival date.


We continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation closely and follow the recommendations of our local health authorities.
