We are delighted to announce that ADAGIO was awarded the title 'Cucina Radiosa' (Radiant Cuisine) by the leading gourmet industry event - Golosaria 2023.
This is a well-deserved victory for our fine dining restaurant in the Monferrato region led by our head chef Mario Maniscalco.
The inspectors were fully satisfied with the short-chain Piedmontese cuisine proposed by our chef Mario Maniscalco, which tells of his roots, international experience and love for the territory.
ADAGIO will now also appear in the next edition of the prestigious guide to Italian cuisine, Il Golosario 2024.
