We are delighted to announce that ADAGIO was awarded the title 'Cucina Radiosa' (Radiant Cuisine) by the leading gourmet industry event - Golosaria 2023.

This is a well-deserved victory for our fine dining restaurant in the Monferrato region led by our head chef Mario Maniscalco.

 

The inspectors were fully satisfied with the short-chain Piedmontese cuisine proposed by our chef Mario Maniscalco, which tells of his roots, international experience and love for the territory.

ADAGIO will now also appear in the next edition of the prestigious guide to Italian cuisine, Il Golosario 2024.

Congratulations to Mario and all the ADAGIO team for their hard work and dedication!

Der Feinschmecker

November 2023

Der Feinschmecker (The Gourmet) is a leading German publication for almost 50 years. It informs the world about attractive destinations and new trends in the gastronomy and hotel industry.

Its feature on Piemonte cuisine and ingredients has Almaranto and our gourmet restaurant - ADAGIO - as the lead story on their article.
